Ownership-Level Leadership for Women Building and Leading Construction Companies
BuildHer sits at the moment when success is no longer measured by execution alone, but by the ability to set direction, make hard decisions, and carry the weight of the business.
We serve women at different points in their careers, but at the same leadership threshold.
When leadership becomes ownership, the questions change. So does the support required.
Choose a path that reflects where you are today.
Who is BuildHer for?
You are responsible for the direction, performance, and long-term health of the company. Your focus has shifted from execution to leadership, judgment, and sustainability.
BuildHer offers space, perspective, and peer-level conversation for women carrying ownership-level responsibility.
I Run the Business
You are a high-performing leader trusted with significant responsibility and identified for executive growth—but the expectations of ownership-level leadership have not been clearly defined.
BuildHer provides clarity, context, and preparation for the transition from operational excellence to business leadership.I’m Being Prepared to Lead the Business
Both paths lead to the same summit, the same conversations, and the same leadership standards.

Allyson Anderson, CPHB
Founder, CEO | Integro BuildersAllyson is a Certified Passive House Builder and keynote presenter at major international conferences. Her career spans residential development, commercial work, education, hospitality, light industrial, and institutional projects. Her work sits at the intersection of building science, civic responsibility, and real-world delivery.

Most notably, she served on the Steering Committee under former City of Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, where she helped guide the passage of the City’s Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinances through City Council. This effort was recognized as a prototype across the nation.
Her experiences reinforce a core belief that continues to guide Integro today: how we build has a direct impact on who is able to stay, grow, and thrive in our communities.
Meg Billings
Founder | Meg & CoNothing feels better to Meg than sitting down at a desk littered in plans with her red mark-up pen, yellow SharpWriter pencil, and laptop close at hand. She loves to create and she have found nothing to be as fulfilling as watching her creations come to life.
Meg graduated at the top of her class from Weber State University, as one of only two women in the Manufacturing Engineering program. She has been trained in the following 3D software packages: ArchiCAD, Catia, Solidworks, and Inventor.
She can hold her own with a MIG welder and can balance a metal lathe chuck like no one’s business. She's worked on the engineering team at Chromalox for two years, designing immersion heaters, before postponing her career to have a family.
Meg & her husband Tyler now have four kids chock-full of personality, mess, and laughter. While designing and building their dream home and getting the opportunity to be involved with the ins and outs of general contracting, she realized how much she loved the details and possibilities of the process.
Morgan, co-founder of construction2style (c2s) alongside her husband Jamie. As a wife, mother of three, and co-founder of c2s, Morgan epitomizes creativity and innovation. Their journey began with a humble blog, evolving into a thriving design + build firm, construction2style. Their venture expanded further, launching Neon Lion, a dynamic media company, and giving those a voice who deserve a second chance by forming a non-profit initiative named resilience2reform. These endeavors collectively span nearly a decade, showcasing Morgan's commitment to transformative design, media, marketing, and community impact.
Her passion for the community over competition led to spearheading online courses, in-house marketing workshops, and national industry conferences, such as the Contractor Coalition Summit. Always eager to share her insights and strategies with others.
A forward thinker and risk-taker at heart, Morgan finds pure joy in contributing to people's dreams and lives. Her infectious smile and vibrant energy resonate through their work, crafting dream spaces for clients or guiding colleagues through marketing endeavors.
Together with Jamie, they've revolutionized the industry, from sharing their home lifestyle to providing invaluable insights into design, construction, marketing, community, and their team's lifestyle. Their dedication to authenticity and transparency has been a guiding principle of construction2style since 2012.
