A Certified Passive House Builder and international keynote presenter, with a career across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional work. She has served on boards and committees from local to international level, including the steering committee behind Chicago's ADU ordinance, and advises on the International Energy Conservation Code.
Meg Billings
A manufacturing engineer who graduated top of her class as one of only two women in her program, trained across ArchiCAD, Catia, SolidWorks, and Inventor. She found her real calling in the details and possibilities of designing and building custom homes.
Morgan Molitor
Co-founder of construction2style, a blog that grew into a thriving design and build firm, alongside the media company Neon Lion and the non-profit resilience2reform. Nearly a decade of work in design, media, and community, built on a belief in community over competition.

Who is BuildHer for?
Women responsible for outcomes in construction — owners and executives running residential companies, and executive-track leaders being prepared for ownership-level responsibility in commercial construction. Both paths attend the same summit.
When and where is the 2027 summit?
January 9–14, 2027, at Villa Punto de Vista — Camino Playitas 450 Metros, Quepos, Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica.
What is included in my place?
Both leadership paths and all sessions, accommodations, and all meals for the week, plus a lasting seat at the peer table. Shared and Private room options are available.
What is the difference between the Shared and Private rooms?
The Shared Room ($6,500) includes shared accommodations; the Private Room ($7,500) includes private accommodations. Everything else — sessions, meals, and the full experience — is the same.
Is this a mastermind or a motivational retreat?
Neither. BuildHer is a focused leadership environment for decision-makers — built for women who are past execution but still carrying the weight of the business.
How do I reserve?
Choose your room and reserve online. The room is kept small on purpose, and a limited number of places open for 2027.
What is the cancellation policy?
All sales are final. Places may be transferred to another qualified attendee up to 30 days before the summit. Full details are on the Terms & Policies page.
